Affordable Villa To Rent in Florida - FAQ

1. How Many People Can The Villa Comfortably Accommodate?
10 people comfortably + 2 babies in cots / cribs which are supplied.Our Management Company can provide you with 2 further Guest Beds if required.
2. Is Smoking Allowed?
No - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa.
3. Are Pets Allowed In The Villa?
No - This is strongly enforced.
4. How Far Away Are The Theme Parks?
All the theme parks are approximately 15 minutes away.
5. How Can We Find And Enter The Property?
We will send you directions and a code number to enter the key box, when we receive your last payment.
6. Are Bed Linen And Towels Provided?
Yes - Just bring a beach towel
7. What Facilities Are Provided For The Children?
Loads! We have a games room for older children and 'adults'! We have a Playstation 2 with games and pool toys for younger children. The door to the pool is fitted with an alarm, for the safety of small children.
8. Can the pool be heated?
Yes - From October to May, you may want the pool heated. This will be an additional cost of £50 per week.
9. Is there a supermarket close to the villa?
Yes - There is a 24 hour supermarket a few minutes away.
10. Are there any restaurants nearby?
Yes - There are a few on the US-27 and five minutes away on the Highway 192.
11. Where can we get medical help?
We hope you will never need this, but there is a hospital south on the US-27 and a 24 hour pharmacy south on the US-27 (2 minutes away).
12. Who do we contact for questions / emergencies?
Please contact our management team: Mick & Elaine Auston on 01-407-397-4256. They will do all they can to assist you.
13. How do we book?
Click on 'Availability Calendar' under Externals Links in our sidebar, if your dates are available, contact us via e.mail or phone to check. We will then direct you to our Booking Form, which you will need to print off and complete. When you've completed the Booking Form, send it to the Address at the top of the Form with your 20% Deposit.
14. What if your villa is not available for the dates we require or we require a further villa?
If we cannot accommodate you, we can find you a similar or additional villa for your holiday. Leave it to us!
